Plan your future with the Superior Court of Los Angeles County - connect with us today.ABOUT THE POSITIONThe Superior Court of Los Angeles County is seeking a service-driven professional to join its Human Resources Division as a Senior Human Resources Analyst supporting efforts to expand access to early career public service opportunities through targeted outreach and engagement.This position is part of the Court's Workforce Development team, which leads initiatives that build talent pipelines into Court opportunities. The selected candidate will play a key role in developing and coordinating early career programs, including internships and volunteer opportunities, while fostering relationships with schools, colleges, and community organizations to promote awareness of opportunities with the Court. The role may also support a limited number of specialized recruitments connected to outreach or early career efforts.   • Develop and lead outreach strategies that promote early career opportunities and increase awareness of court careers.
  • Coordinate internship and volunteer programs, including recruitment, onboarding, tracking, and evaluation.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with schools, colleges, community organizations, and early career networks.
  • Represent the Court at outreach events and engagement activities while preparing related reports, presentations, and materials.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align outreach efforts with workforce priorities and support process improvements.
  • Support a small number of specialized recruitments by assisting with outreach coordination and applicant engagement.
