Dispatcher Job Summary Mosaic Technologies is growing, and we are looking to add a Dispatcher to our team. This position's main responsibility is dispatching daily service orders and adjusting technician schedules based on workload and business demands. The ideal candidate will be organized, thorough, and have the ability to prioritize multiple work assignments. This is a regular full-time position located in our main Cameron Office. Essential Functions (including but not limited to)
- Dispatch daily service orders to technicians and clear troubles from system upon completion
- Adjust technician schedules based on workload
- Update and maintain a variety of records including but not limited to service order logs, customer contracts, maps, and purchase orders
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls through the dispatch call queue
- Ensure order quality and accuracy of scheduled tasks including but not limited to equipment and inventory control processing as well as billing accuracy
- Participate in the dispatch queue to schedule customer appointments, send reminders, and make follow-up calls
Qualifications and Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- High school diploma plus two to three years of applicable experience
- Dependability to the company, co-workers, and customers
- Strong communication skills
