The ideal candidate will enjoy working outdoors, be able to work in the Texas heat, and be skilled in using hand tools and lawn equipment.Responsibilities:Maintain the grounds by mowing, edging, trimming, and general landscapingRemove trash and debris from common areas and groundsPerform light maintenance tasks as neededOperate hand tools and lawn equipment safely and efficientlyEnsure walkways and entryways are clean and hazard-freeFollow instructions and complete assigned tasks in a timely mannerRequirements: Qualifications:Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethicAble to work in outdoor conditions, including heat and sun exposureAbility to operate hand tools and lawn equipment (mowers, trimmers, etc.)Must be able to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a teamPrior experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or general maintenance is a plus Job Type: Contract Post Date: 08/01/2025
