EXPERIENCED COMMERCIAL LITIGATION ATTORNEY SOUGHT

Our client is a highly successful New York City-based full-service, mid-size law firm with offices in Midtown Manhattan. The firm has a vibrant corporate practice with a particularly strong expertise in commercial litigation, construction defect matters, and securities law.

The firm's litigation practice has an immediate need for an experienced commercial litigator. The successful candidate will have a minimum of four years' relevant litigation experience. S/he will be fully competent to handle matters top to bottom with minimal supervision. Specific experience handling commercial (business) litigation is a must. Additional securities-related experience and/or arbitration experience or construction defect matters is also a plus. Attorneys with 8+ years of experience are encouraged to apply.

The selected candidate will be a member in good standing of the New York Bar. Admission to the NJ Bar is also a plus but not required.
