Job Title: Customer Service Representative Employment Type: Temp to Hire (6 months then permanent) Compensation: $21 - 23/hr. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in a fully onsite work schedule. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely on wire transfers involving companies and customers.
- Review account ledgers and investigate items requiring additional research.
- Provide internal customer service and act as a liaison between banks and clients.
- Offer accounting support to various departments.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Preferably experience in the Banking, Real Estate, or Insurance industry (bank telling experience is also acceptable).
- Familiarity with accounting systems and terminology.
- Experience working in a high volume, highly detailed environment.
- Proficiency in sending professional emails.
