Job Title: Customer Service Representative Employment Type: Temp to Hire (6 months then permanent) Compensation: $21 - 23/hr. USD Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week Location: Beaverton, OR (fully onsite) Are you a banking professional seeking to advance your career? LHH has partnered with a company based in Beaverton, OR, that is looking for an experienced banking professional with strong customer service skills and familiarity with banking platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in a fully onsite work schedule. Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely on wire transfers involving companies and customers.
  • Review account ledgers and investigate items requiring additional research.
  • Provide internal customer service and act as a liaison between banks and clients.
  • Offer accounting support to various departments.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Preferably experience in the Banking, Real Estate, or Insurance industry (bank telling experience is also acceptable).
  • Familiarity with accounting systems and terminology.
  • Experience working in a high volume, highly detailed environment.
  • Proficiency in sending professional emails.
