In this position, you will play a vital role in cleaning and restoring a variety of textiles, including personal items, uniforms (e.g., school, nursing, police, fire department), hospital bedding, and items damaged by water, fire, smoke, and other incidents-ensuring items are returned to their pre-loss condition. Key Responsibilities:Receive, inventory, and document textile items for cleaning and restorationOperate industrial cleaning equipment, including the Esporta Wash System, washers, and dryersPre-treat stains and odors, and perform specialized cleaning techniques as neededMaintain and organize inventory of textiles and cleaning suppliesInspect cleaned items for quality assurance before packaging them for return or storageCommunicate with supervisors and team members to ensure workflow efficiencyAdhere to safety protocols, including proper handling of chemicals and equipmentPerform daily cleaning and maintenance of textile cleaning equipment and workspacesPosition Requirements:Valid driver's licenseHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredReliable personal cell phone for occasional company communication and app usagePrior experience in textile cleaning, dry cleaning, restoration, or similar field is a plusSkills / Physical Demands / Competencies:Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally (with assistance)Comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentAbility to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasksStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to safely handle cleaning chemicals and operate machines with carePay starts at $15 an hour, with the potential for overtime pay.
