As a Groundskeeper you are responsible for the professional, courteous, timely, and satisfactory completion of all assigned duties given by the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor. In total, the Groundskeeper/Housekeeper is responsible for completing the tasks that enable the community to be maintained in a first-class condition. This position reports to the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.
