My 4-year-old cat refuses to use the litter box. At this point we believe it to be behavioral and are at a loss as to how to fix it. We feel like weve tried everything and nothing works. We would love to get this figured out so we dont have to clean pee and poop off the floors multiple times a day. Thank you!
