Responsibilities:
Accurately and efficiently manage product information to create detailed and consistent listings.
Cross-check and verify all details to ensure perfection in product descriptions.
Organize and maintain inventory records with precision.
Utilize microscopes and lab equipment to accurately identify gemstones.
Prepare detailed condition reports for each jewelry piece, assessing wear and integrity.
Identify the history of each piece, describing and naming them to highlight their unique stories.
Work with the team to ensure all cataloged items are properly tagged, described, and published on schedule.
Assist in quality control processes to uphold Abbott & Oaks' reputation for meticulousness and reliability.
Skills & Qualifications:
Extreme attention to detail and a perfectionist mindset.
Fast and accurate product cataloging skills.
Highly organized and methodical in handling multiple tasks.
Familiarity with inventory management systems or Excel spreadsheets.
Ability to use microscopes and lab equipment for gemstone identification is preferred.
