To take the planned programs and guide the learning process toward the achievement of curriculum goals as established by the individual school and the overall curriculum goals as outlined by teh county in their expectations. Qualifications: 1. Valid West Virginia teaching certificate for grades 7-12 or as required by the state for the grade(s) taught. 2.
