Job Title: Director of Regional Support Services

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Director of Regional Support Services to oversee service delivery, team management, and regulatory compliance across multiple sites in the Indianapolis region. This is a leadership position ideal for someone with expertise in supporting people who require long-term support services and who has passion for operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage day-to-day regional operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory programs and standards.
- Oversee regional budgets, contracts, and resource allocation.
- Develop and manage relationships with state and community partners.
- Supervise and support local leadership teams.
- Collaborate on strategic growth and quality assurance initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, public health, or healthcare administration.
- 3+ years experience in managing or delivering services to vulnerable or underserved populations.
- 10+ years of leadership and supervisory experience.
- Strong understanding of waiver programs and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Additional Information:
- Travel within the region up to 50%.
- Flexibility to work outside normal business hours as needed.
