Role: Civil Engineering Project Manager
Location: Hybrid / Tampa or Jacksonville or Orlando, FL
Salary: DOE, $115,000–$145,000 + discretionary bonus + benefits

Lead. Design. Deliver.
We're looking for a Florida-licensed PE with proven expertise in stormwater, roadway design, and site development to take charge of complex water, wastewater and civil infrastructure projects. You'll guide projects from concept to construction, mentor junior engineers, and bring technical excellence to every detail.
What You'll Do:
- Manage overall project direction for stormwater management systems, roadways, streets, and site improvements.
- Oversee all technical and design aspects—drafting, reviews, and finalizing preliminary and final site plans and construction documents.
- Perform open channel, gravity/pressure pipe hydraulics, pump station design, and hydrology/hydraulic studies.
- Prepare storm sewer reports, project schedules, and ensure quality standards.
- Support permitting, proposals, bids, and business development efforts.
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of civil engineering experience.
- Florida PE license (required).
- B.S. in Civil Engineering (or related field).
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
- Experience with hydraulic modeling software (ICPR, HEC-RAS, HydroCAD, SWMM) preferred.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil3D, and Bluebeam preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and client relationship skills.
