Payroll and HR Administrator
Location: Oxnard, CA
Compensation: Up to $35/hour (based on experience)

LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll and HR Administrator to join our client's team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR compliance. Key Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws
- Administer benefits programs including health insurance, 401(k), and leave policies
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist with employee relations and HR policy implementation
- Generate reports for finance and HR leadership
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll and HR administration experience
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of California labor laws and payroll regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Aerospace or manufacturing industry experience is a plus
