Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Product Development Project Manager to join their team! This position is located in Bernards, New Jersey.

Duties:

  • Maintain the company's leadership position by anticipating business customer needs and shaping future offerings to meet those needs
  • Collaborate with Global Technology Services to formalize user stories and ensure alignment with project timelines
  • Partner with third-party vendors to align on platform requirements, deliverables, and integration needs
  • Manage and coordinate schedules across multiple teams, driving awareness and alignment on key milestones and socializing project updates
  • Take end-to-end ownership of the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch lifecycle management
  • Identify key program KPIs and use them to benchmark both launch readiness and pre-launch pilot performance
  • Monitor post-launch customer feedback to gather insights that inform product experience improvements and future roadmap enhancements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional product stakeholders to define and drive product vision, strategy, and go-to-market plans
  • Define Minimum Viable Products, manage product backlog priorities, and strategically adjust scope to enable rapid iterations and meet launch timelines

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in product management, product development, portfolio strategy, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in the wireless, telecommunications, or a closely related industry
  • Proven experience writing Jira stories and contributing to large-scale, complex projects
  • Demonstrated ability to translate market insights and business strategy into compelling product narratives, tools, and documentation
  • Hands-on experience authoring device requirements and test plans
  • Track record of managing product launches and creating detailed product roadmaps
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels
  • Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Deep interest in wireless products, emerging device technologies, and software application trends
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • Solid technical acumen and analytical capabilities, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences

The approximate pay range for this position is between $63.00 and $90.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
