Job Title: Commercial Analyst
Department: US Commercial Operations
SUMMARY:
Prepares the sales analytics and reporting for the company, including procurement, storage, organization, and analysis of marketing and sales data, both internal and external.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize and provide analysis on sales/market data
- Gathers, analyzes, and compares competitor data using external sources including MMIT, IMS, SP data, and sales data from 3PL
- Provides analytical support on sales projects including customer management software, sales force automation, compensation plans, targeting, alignments, etc.
- Prepares Reports and Presentations: Highlight business performance, market trends, and strategic opportunities for sales team and leadership
- Conducts Risk Analysis: Identify potential financial, market, or operational risks and propose mitigation strategies
- IC Planning: Assists sales leadership with development of annual incentive compensation plan
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors Degree in relevant area
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Must have familiarity with Microsoft ACCESS, EXCEL, SQL, or similar user interface.
