Warehouse Coordinator

6+ Month Contract (Potential for Conversion)

Location: On-site, Farmingdale, NY

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Prepare work site by obtaining and delivering equipment, tools, supplies, and materials.
• Identify and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
• Receive, label, and stage parts/inventory according to company standards.
• Report inventory variances and participate in physical inventory counts.
• Pull and stage orders from inventory accurately and efficiently.
• Label customer assets with asset tags and maintain accurate asset records.
• Track and monitor open production work orders, ensuring documentation is complete and service level expectations are met.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and suggesting workflow improvements.
• Actively participate in team meetings and communicate key updates.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and a high level of reliability.
• 2+ years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Enthusiastic about working with technology.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite or similar inventory systems preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
