About the Role:
We are seeking a Specialist, AMER Operations, Scheduling & Cell Logistics to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling and monitoring patient treatment schedules for the manufacturing of autologous cellular immunotherapy products. You will play a vital part in ensuring the seamless end-to-end journey of patient materials—from collection to infusion—across internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for apheresis centers, treatment sites, sites of care, manufacturing locations, couriers, and internal stakeholders.
- Support business continuity across logistics and clinical operations.
- Actively monitor and troubleshoot any issues in the patient treatment journey.
- Triage and respond to service requests using a case management system.
- Maintain compliance with training requirements and good documentation practices.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Work experience in one or more of the following fields: Customer Service, Call Center Operations, Account Management, Project Management, Supply Chain, Operations, and/or Logistics.
- Pharma experience required
- Scheduling and logistics preferred
