Job Description :

National Title Coordinator

Location: In Office: Lakewood, NJ OR Brooklyn, NY

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $95,000 – $120,000 (Depending on Experience)

Our Partner, Infinity Land Services, is seeking a highly experienced Title Insurance Coordinator to join their Lakewood or Brooklyn office. This role is critical in managing complex, multi-state title transactions (excluding NY and NJ), with a focus on delivering smooth, compliant, and client-centric closings for both commercial and residential deals.

About the Role

As a National Title Coordinator, you will serve as the central point of contact for title transactions across various states. Your responsibilities will include reviewing title documentation, coordinating closings, managing communications with all stakeholders, and ensuring all regulatory and procedural standards are met. This role demands precision, proactive problem-solving, and a deep understanding of national title insurance practices.

Note: We will not consider candidates without national title experience. A minimum of 2 years' experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

Title Review & Compliance

  • Review title reports, commitments, policies, and endorsements.
  • Ensure alignment with Purchase/Sale Agreements and underwriter requirements.
  • Collaborate with legal teams or agency counsel for complex title matters.

Closing Coordination

  • Oversee the entire closing process for national (non-NY/NJ) transactions.
  • Prepare accurate closing statements and coordinate the settlement and disbursement of funds.
  • Confirm financial figures and final documents with all parties.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Act as the primary liaison between buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, underwriters, and realtors.
  • Maintain clear, proactive communication throughout the transaction.
  • Address and resolve inquiries and potential issues promptly.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure all transactions comply with state-specific title insurance regulations and industry best practices.
  • Monitor timelines and documentation to prevent errors or delays.

Client Service

  • Provide exceptional service to clients by maintaining professionalism, responsiveness, and transparency.
  • Resolve disputes or concerns efficiently, always protecting the integrity of the transaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of national title experience (experience in NY/NJ markets alone is not sufficient).
  • In-depth knowledge of title insurance products, closing procedures, and state-specific regulations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy with documentation and financial data.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

If you are an experienced title professional who thrives in a collaborative, client-driven environment and understands the complexity of multi-state transactions, we encourage you to apply.
