Copywriter – Pharma / Patient Support
Full-Time | Hybrid (4 days/week on-site in Norwood, MA – 3 days may be considered)
Our client, a leading brand experience agency, is hiring a Copywriter to join its healthcare division, supporting Patient Support Programs (PSPs) for major pharmaceutical brands. This is a great opportunity for a writer with pharma or healthcare marketing experience who's excited to create impactful, patient-facing content in a collaborative, low-ego environment.
What You'll Do:
- Write and adapt content across web, print, video scripts, emails, and social
- Translate complex medical or reimbursement information into clear, patient-friendly language
- Develop messaging around treatment onboarding, access, affordability, and adherence
- Collaborate with fellow writers, project managers, and creatives across accounts
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice, regulatory guidance, and MLR standards
- Manage multiple deliverables while staying detail-oriented and deadline-focused
You're a Fit If You:
- Have 2–5 years of copywriting experience in a pharma company or healthcare-focused agency
- Are familiar with Patient Support Programs, reimbursement, or post-prescription communications
- Can balance creative writing with regulatory accuracy and clarity
- Are based in the Greater Boston area and open to 4 days/week on-site in Norwood (3 days may be considered)
- Are collaborative, curious, detail-driven, and eager to grow in a supportive environment

Compensation:
$85–90K, with some flexibility depending on experience
