Our consultants utilize journey mapping and “how might we?” frameworks to validate strategies and foster user empathy, enhancing collaboration and digital transformation execution.

The Business Process Consultant within QWA:

• Leads enterprise analysis sessions to gather requirements and design future state business processes based on customer needs.
• Seeks to improve processes via technology, consulting on trends, and recommending best practices for operational gains.
• Coordinates with project teams to ensure solutions meet workstream requirements and benefit all aspects of the client solution.
• Partners with internal and external subject matter experts to develop solutions, advising on options, risks, costs, benefits, and impacts.
• Ensures configuration accuracy based on requirements, including testing, client user testing coordination, documentation, and issue resolution.
• Creates and maintains process documentation and supports change management activities.
• Contributes to improving implementation methodology and deploying process improvements.
• Documents and shares implementation best practices across QWA.

Qualifications include:

• Four or more (4+) years of industry experience within a client program or MSP.
• Two to Four (2-4) years of VMS experience.
• Four or more (4+) years of implementation or project experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
