Location: Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center, Bronx, NY

Pay Range: $55,632 - $62,864 per year (based on skills and experience)

Position Purpose

Supervise and perform work to ensure physical security, safety, loss prevention, and order maintenance. Use electronic security systems and operate vehicles if necessary. Two assignment levels exist within this role.

Assignment Level I Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate subordinate staff and security guards.
• Train staff, conduct roll calls, inspect work areas.
• Respond to emergencies, investigate incidents, and assist law enforcement.
• Enforce policies, maintain records, and prepare reports.
• Act as liaison and potentially supervise additional locations.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; one year of law enforcement/security experience, or
• IEP diploma with 18 months of relevant experience.
• Current NY State Peace Officer certification.

Additional Requirements

• Possession of a valid NY State driver's license may be required.
