Bachelors Degree with 1 3 years of related experience, including supervisory experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage technical projects. Expert-level knowledge of building automation and fire protection systems. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Must have a valid Texas Drivers License and maintain eligibility to drive a university vehicle pursuant to the Universitys Driver Selection Policy. Required to carry a cell phone and be available in emergent situations. Preferred Qualifications Experience using Desigo building automation system. Previous work experience in a higher education environment. Working knowledge of ASHRAE, OSHA, and NFPA standards. Experience using AIM IWMS by Asset Works.
