About the Role

The Company is in search of a strategic and mission-driven Vice President of Customer Success to lead the customer success function. The successful candidate will be tasked with formulating and executing a customer success strategy that maximizes growth and value creation for the company's customers, including leading payors and health systems. This role involves leading a high-performing customer success team, driving growth, retention, and value capture, and ensuring that partners achieve their maternal health objectives. The VP of Customer Success will also be responsible for defining, tracking, and reporting on KPIs, advancing the provider-driven growth channel, and aligning with leadership at customer organizations to ensure success and value attribution. Applicants for the VP of Customer Success position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in leadership of a customer success team at a digital health company, with a proven track record of performance on KPIs. A strong background in partnering with health plans and providers in customer success, account management, sales, and business development is essential. The role requires a candidate with a customer-centric account management approach, exceptional communication skills, and a strong understanding of healthcare delivery systems, value-based care, and provider enablement programs. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mindset, be proficient in CRM software and customer analytics, and have experience in personnel management, including hiring, upskilling, and performance optimization.
