Our Agile Development Director is a key team member of the Single Family Servicing Technology Team. Our group is responsible for technology delivery for the Servicing business, building and supporting a large set of applications and services that enable Freddie Mac to manage servicing for our full loan portfolio. This role will be responsible for leading the Servicing Systems Team, a cross-functional organization that encompasses DevOps, Production Support, End to End Testing, and Test Automation across our application portfolio. The Director will build and lead multiple technology teams supporting the aforementioned functions, providing vision for our DevOps capabilities, maturing our production support model and ensuring optimal resilience and availability for our applications, and driving automation across CI/ CD and testing capabilities to improve our delivery efficiency.
