The essential function of the position within the organization is to provide management oversight for all phases of a capital improvement project including planning, estimating, design, permitting, bidding, contracting, construction, and closeout. The Position will ensure that procedures and materials comply with plans and specifications and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.The position works independently, reporting major activities through periodic meetings.This position shall be required to assist with emergency support functions in the event of a declared emergency and/or any other emergency duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:Any equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
