Traveling Phlebotomist

CHC Wellbeing, a national wellness company, is searching for dedicated and hardworking Traveling Phlebotomists. This role entails driving to various off-site locations for blood collection. The start time varies, providing flexibility. We are looking for candidates who are responsible, reliable, and eager to work hard. A successful individual will be punctual, detail-oriented, a self-starter, and possess strong communication and client relation skills.

• Perform blood draws using vacuum tube or butterfly venipuncture techniques.
• Greet customers, explain services, and verify ID/insurance while adhering to the schedule.
• Set up and break down on-site wellness stations.
• Match laboratory requisition forms to specimen tubes.
• Prepare documents and specimens for laboratory pickup.
• Travel to one job site per day, starting between 5 AM and 7 AM.

The phlebotomist plays a crucial role in providing proper venipuncture procedures for various laboratory tests. Responsibilities include obtaining blood samples ordered by licensed health care providers, labeling specimen collection tubes, prepping and spinning samples, and ensuring proper patient documentation.

As a key team member, you will actively listen to participant concerns and maintain a professional image, contributing to the strategic plan and corporate mission of our organization.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Phlebotomy Certification (ASCP, ASPT, NHA, etc.).
• A minimum of 2 years of phlebotomy experience in a clinical setting.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license.

• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus!
