EM boarded needs PALS; FM or IM boarded needs ACLS, PALS and ATLS STAFFING MODEL MDDO 24 STAFFING MODEL NPPA 20 PHYSICIAN SHIFT TIMES 7a-7p,7p-7a NPPA SHIFT TIMES 10a-8p, 2p-12a CALL REQUIREMENT No ANNUAL VOLUME 24k PATIENTS PER DAY 66 % EMS 25.00% % ADMITTED PATIENTS 18.00% TRAUMA LEVEL DESIGNATION SCRIBE COVERAGE No ED BEDS & FAST TRACK BEDS ICU BEDS SPECIAL SERVICES BACKUP SPECIALTIES EMR SYSTEM Meditech ACTIVE STATE LICENSE REQUIRED TO PROCEED? NY medical license and NY DEA FLU OR OTHER IMMUNIZATIONS REQUIRED? WAIVER CONSIDERED? PPD needs to be within 6 months for initial credentialing. Current flu every year.
