This is a highly visible, field-based role where you'll be out in the action-coaching teams, identifying risks, and making sure safety practices are practical, consistent, and fully integrated into day-to-day operations. You won't be stuck behind a desk-you'll be traveling to our branches, engaging with techs and leaders, and working directly with customers to strengthen safety across the board. - Develop and deliver field training programs on safety practices, hazard identification, and operational risk mitigation
- Conduct regular site visits to assess safety behaviors and implementation of safety programs
- Partner with the Compliance & Systems Safety Manager to align companywide safety policies with field-level execution
- Collaborate with branch and operational leaders to coach, train, and foster a culture of safety ownership
- Participate in customer site meetings, audits, and pre-job planning activities
- Assist with incident investigations and implement corrective actions in the field
- Coordinate with safety champions or committee reps to support local safety efforts
- Identify and report trends or emerging risks to leadership
- Support onboarding and continuous training for employees on safe work practices
- Drive continuous improvement in field safety performance
Skills & Experience We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years of experience in operational safety, industrial field safety, or service-based environments
- Working knowledge of OSHA and DOT requirements
- Proven ability to motivate and engage field teams in safety practices
- Excellent training, communication, and coaching skills
- Strong customer service mindset and professionalism at customer sites
- Ability to work cross-functionally with compliance and operational teams
- Willingness to travel up to 50%-60%
- Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, business, industrial management, or related field preferred
