Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or related field)Minimum 35 years of experience in assembly process development and manufacturing engineering. Proven experience in launching new assembly lines in a high-volume automotive or similar manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of assembly methods, error-proofing, tooling, ergonomics, and process flow design. Familiarity with APQP, PFMEA, PPAP, and other automotive quality standards. Comfortable working with CAD and process planning tools (e.g., layouts, simulations, line balancing)Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
