This temporary position supports the BS in Professional Studies undergraduate program by serving as the primary academic advisor for a caseload of approximately 150200 students. The advisor provides one-on-one, group, and just-in-time advising sessions, manages a proactive Care Network communication plan, and maintains accurate records in advising systems to support timely interventions. The role also includes participation in recruitment, orientation, and professional development activities. Additionally, the position serves as the backup admissions processor for Charlotte Online undergraduate students, reviewing and making decisions on 48 applications per day within a 23 week turnaround.
