Essential duties and responsibilities:Oversee and assist with administrative duties, client accounts, client appointment scheduling, program operations, client recreational activities and other client business affairs. Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Very well organized
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines
- Database, spreadsheet, and word processing computer skills
- Ability to maintain professional standards of conduct and appearance with co-workers and the public
- Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record that will be accepted by this organization's vehicle insurance carrier
- One year freedom from problematic substance abuse
