Job Details- Physical Therapist position at McLeod Health Cheraw in an outpatient setting.
- Replacement of permanent staff.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in outpatient setting preferred.
Job Requirements- Licensed in state of South Carolina.
Schedule Information- Monday – Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:15 PM.
- Friday 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM.
Unit Specific Information- Outpatient physical therapy unit.
- No mandatory float to other units, optional only.
Additional Details- Facility Setting: Outpatient.
- Cost Center: 254K (Outpatient).
- EMR system: Epic.
- Scrub colors/dress code: professional/business casual or scrubs in specified solid colors.
- Parking: on site at outpatient clinic.
- Position may optionally float to other units, but not required.
- Duration of assignment: 13 weeks.
