- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude, providing excellent guest service.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the ticket booth areas.
- Handle cash, and electronic funds, and process transactions using the point-of-sale system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the ticket booth services.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies.
- Follow all safety and hygiene guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cashier role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent guest service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Compliance with Fun Spot America Theme Park's drug-free workplace policy, including consent to pre-employment drug testing and adherence to federal, state, and local laws regarding drug and alcohol use.
- Successfully undergo a comprehensive background check and motor vehicle check when applicable.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
