Sr. Project Manager (Healthcare System Implementation)

We have an immediate need for a Sr. Project Manager to join our client for an 8+ month contract position. This role involves assisting the healthcare client with transitioning benefits administration, focusing on managing integrations and data file management between HR/payroll systems.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $58-63/hr benefits

What You'll Do:

• Define success metrics with business owners to track project value and outcomes.
• Create and manage stakeholder maps and communication plans, following PMO methodologies.
• Oversee project financials and ensure quality assurance is well planned and executed.
• Plan resource assignments efficiently and ensure timely securing. Follow up on issues and risks diligently.
• Manage governance and decision-making processes for project decisions and changes.
• Coordinate cross-functional deliverables from various teams.
• Promote transparency, urgency, results-oriented behavior, and appropriate escalation.

What Gets You the Job:

• 3-5 years of experience as a strategic Project Manager managing complex, large-scale initiatives.
• Solid experience in Healthcare and Benefit Administration system implementation.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles.
• An industry-standard process management certification or a relevant college degree.
