Coverage Needed:
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
- 12-hour shifts available
- Call Frequency: 1:3 weekdays/weekends - beeper
- Looking for Full Time Providers
Clinical Details:
- Practice Setting: Outpatient and Inpatient
- EMR System: Cerner
- Support Staff: RN, MA, PA/NPs, Office Staff
- Procedures: Craniotomy, craniectomy, spinal fusions, decompressive surgeries, interventions for aneurysms, tumors, and nerve injuries
- Duties: Surgical first assist, bedside procedures, independent rounding in all hospital units including NICU, PICU, Peds, ICU, and general med/surg floor, hospital and ER/UC consults, clinic duties including outpatient consultations, postoperative/post-hospital patient care, fracture care, patient phone calls, medication refills, and FMLA documentation

- Call Response Time: 20 minutes
- Hospital Stroke Certified: Yes
- Trauma Level: 2
- PEDs Level: 3
Requirements:
- Board Certified/Eligible
- ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
- Recent Neurosurgery Experience Including Surgical Cases
- Hospital/Surgery Center Privileges
