Performs routine and unskilled manual labor, repetitive maintenance tasks, and activities in the building trades.Assigned basic and physical labor jobs, such as moving and lifting office furniture, in order to assist the GMRT's with the completion of construction projects. Assists co-workers during the construction phases of the various projects. Performs routine, basic preventive measures and inspections.Completes a wide variety of other routine or repetitive maintenance tasks and activities as requested. Performs other duties as needed.Qualifications:Licensing & Certification: Valid driver's licenseMinimum Qualifications: Must be able to perform strenuous physical labor such as lifting, pushing and pulling to move equipment and furniture.
