We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, II -Liquidity Product Manager– Global Cash Management Solutions (GCMS) to join our Treasury Services team. This role is located in New York, NY - HYBRID.

BNY's Global Cash Management Solutions (GCMS) team delivers a broad range of deposit, investment, and liquidity products designed to help clients optimize operating cash, maintain sufficient liquidity, maximize yield, and manage risk. By combining innovative technology with deep market expertise, we help clients address their most complex liquidity challenges.

We are seeking aLiquidity Product Managerto join our team. This role is responsible for managing and enhancing our existing product suite, identifying pricing and product opportunities, and leading the development and launch of new solutions to meet evolving client, regulatory, and market needs. The goal is to improve portfolio quality, drive client adoption, support growth, and increase revenue—while aligning with client objectives.

This is a highly collaborative, client-facing role that serves as a key link between Global Markets, Corporate Treasury, Treasury Services Product Governance, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Risk and Product teams. You will provide product expertise across the full GCMS offering, including account solutions, cash optimization tools, and virtual accounts. The role reports to the GCMS Product Head.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Manage and enhance the existing liquidity product suite to meet client and market demands.
  • Identify new product and pricing opportunities that align with client needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with sales, technology, onboarding, client services, and other stakeholders to ensure solutions are commercially viable and client-ready.
  • Partner with coverage teams to deliver tailored solutions and drive profitable client relationships.
  • Build strong internal relationships across distribution, markets, and advisory teams to support cross-selling and integrated offerings.
  • Stay informed on broader Treasury Services products (e.g., payments, trade, digital) to identify complementary opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver thought leadership content and client-facing presentations, leveraging industry insights and client engagement.
  • Use data analytics, competitive intelligence, and market trends to craft compelling, client-centric messaging.
  • Support balance sheet initiatives and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Represent the firm at client meetings, industry events, and conferences.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CFA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in liquidity management, money market instruments, product management, or client relationship roles.
  • Strong understanding of cash management and liquidity products.
  • Proven ability to manage product lifecycles and lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The base salary for this position is expected to be between $83,000 and $138,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
