ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Changing lights and ballasts, inside and outside the properties
- Wire pulling, safety switch installation, pipe bending typically • ' and • '
- Painting
- Checking roof or gutter issues with the use of a ladder
- Identifying and fixing toilets, urinals, and drain issues
- Operating and maintaining equipment and tools, such as a lift truck
- Other duties may be assigned
Position Requirements MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumping
- Good work ethic
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
