- Assist in collecting and verifying timekeeping data for payroll processing.
- Maintain payroll records, including wage adjustments, deductions, and PTO.
- Support payroll audits and assist in preparing reports for leadership or compliance.
- Help distribute payroll-related communications and respond to employee inquiries.
Benefits Administration Support
- Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, terminations, and annual open enrollment.
- Support the communication of benefits information to employees and track participation.
- Maintain benefits files and ensure documentation is complete and up to date.
- Help prepare required benefits reports (e.g., ACA, COBRA notices, and 401(k) updates).
HRIS & Records Management
- Update and maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS system.
- Support data entry related to payroll, compensation, and benefits changes.Ensure employee records are complete, confidential, and compliant with regulations.
General Administrative Support
- Assist the Talent & Total Rewards Manager with departmental projects and reporting.
- Coordinate scheduling and materials for payroll or benefits-related meetings or training.
- Respond to basic employee questions and help guide them through payroll/benefits processes.
RequirementsEducation & Experience
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or Business.
- 1-2 years of HR, payroll, or administrative support experience.
Skills & Competencies
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with payroll systems, HRIS platforms, and benefit plan administration.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and basic HR software tools.
