iVision Consulting is seeking a mid-level Management Analyst to support a cybersecurity office within a federal Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) organization. The Management Analyst will support the organization in enabling and enhancing the visibility, evaluation, and progress tracking of innovative security technologies and tools across agency and its components, while also automating and improving cybersecurity assessment processes.

What You Will Do:
- Assist with the development of FISMA system maturity score ratings based on applicable Federal mandates, policies, and criteria defined by the agency.
- Gather, normalize, and analyze assessment questionnaires from agency components using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and other tools approved by the Government.
- Import and update scoring data following each data collection cycle.
- Support the development and execution of a quarterly update process for tracking progress toward cybersecurity capability implementation.
- Automate data collection and reporting processes for FISMA system maturity score ratings to reduce turnaround time and improve accuracy.
- Automate the ingestion of data from agency components.
- Generate visual dashboards and reports that summarize performance trends.
- Support the development of quarterly and monthly performance reports, with clear visualizations and insights for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Support the coordination and tracking of technology innovation product sessions, including assisting with logistics, communications, and documentation of insights.
- Maintain and update the agency's vendor solution library, ensuring all entries are accurate, timely, and aligned with agency's standards.
- Assist in collecting and curating successful technology use cases for dissemination through Tech Exchanges and internal knowledge sharing platforms.
- Coordinate data calls to agency components for updates on progress toward cybersecurity initiatives or technology deployments.
- Analyze stakeholder feedback and participation trends in innovation and maturity initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support agency's cybersecurity events, technology reviews, and inter-agency collaboration.
What You Need:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SQL.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization, dashboard development, and report automation.
- Experience with Federal cybersecurity frameworks, including FISMA.
- Familiarity with IT/cybersecurity product evaluation and vendor engagement in the Federal space.
- Experience in automating data workflows and integrating disparate data sources.
- Strong communication and analytical skills, including the ability to develop clear and actionable reports for executive audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate with stakeholders, and track and analyze performance data with high accuracy.
Nice To Have:
- Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience supporting federal CIO organizations, with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity programs and initiatives.
Salary:
$90,000 - $105,000 annual salary
Work Location:
This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of three days per week on-site at the client location in Washington, DC. The remaining work may be performed remotely, subject to project requirements and client approval.
