Job Description :
Racking and Stacking of Network SwitchesReplace SSD and STP connector of SwitchesRJ 45 & RJ 11 connectors replacementTicket Management and Closure: Manage and close tickets in a timely manner, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.- Diagnosing hardware and network problems followed by physical repairs
- Troubleshooting events within internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Performing root cause analysis of equipment failures
- Manual handling and lifting of equipment may be required (weight limits in accordance with regulations)
- Rack Decommission activities(systematic removal and retirement of IT equipment from server racks, ensuring data is securely erased and assets are properly disposed of or redeployed)
- Perform regular server hardware repairs(drives, motherboards etc)
- Carry out routine network, server hardware and OS related repairs
- Perform server upgrades, rebuilds, scheduled works as required
