Leeds Professional Resources is working with a client in the Richardson area of Texas that is looking for a Project Manager. This role will will define deployment objectives and monitor implementation plan, timing, budget and key milestones for projects.
- Maintain an installation calendar and communicate with management and sales department on a weekly basis
- Complete all the manufacturer documentation required for each project
- Prepares and analyzes work plans and budgets.
- Revises plan and budget as necessary.
- Defines project team roles and responsibilities.
- Participate in pre-construction meetings
- Create installation checklist with sales person for each job and communicate to lead installer
- Provides direction to resolve complex problems, collaborating with others as appropriate; identifies trends.
- Maintains accountability for the timely resolution of project-related issues.
- Bachelor's Degree in related field required.
- 5+ years in technical project management, client consulting, software implementation and training
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience conducting highly visible presentations.
- PMP certification preferred
- Construction experience (Requiring PM's out in the field regularly, coordinating with GCs, reviewing site plans, and making sure the build aligns with requirements)
