Summary

Pharma Tech Industries is a leading CDMO and we are looking for a Project Management Specialist to join our team.

The Project Management Specialist will work directly with the Director of Project Management and other stakeholders to ensure that commercial projects are managed effectively and efficiently, and most importantly, to our customers' expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Account Managers to ensure customer project information is captured appropriately
  • Coordinate with appropriate stakeholders to ensure project work is being completed on time and as required
  • Communicate with stakeholders, both internal and external, on project status
  • Track project requirements and status in project management software
  • Coordinate & guide the planning and implementation of projects
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements
  • Develop full scale project plans
  • Manage project budget
  • Manage project resource allocation
  • Plan and schedule project timelines
  • Track project deliverables and costs using appropriate tools
  • Provide direction and support to project team
  • Ensure quality assurance with regards to projects
  • Consistently monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
  • Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
  • Evaluate, analyze, and report on project results

Requirements

  • PMP Certification a huge plus
  • Experience in FDA or similarly regulated industry
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Sharp cost, quality, results & urgency focus
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interact diplomatically with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment
  • Strategic, operational, & technical skills related to industry
  • Demonstrated knowledge of theoretical & practical aspects of project management
  • Demonstrated knowledge of project management tools and techniques
  • Strong understanding of financial principles as it relates to project management
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree or certification in Project Management preferred
  • Appropriate experience may be accepted in lieu of education
  • Applicable knowledge of manufacturing practices & processes associated with powder filling & packaging required
  • Fluency in industry terminology required
