Calibration Engineer

We are always looking for new talents and highly specialized professionals, more specifically for:

Calibration & Controls Engineer

to support the investigation of control-related issues in hybrid and combustion vehicles. The role focuses on calibration check, data logging, and collaboration with software and hardware teams for issue resolution

Key requirements for the position:

• Perform calibration checks using INCA (ETAS) to validate ECU control parameters.
• Support DTC analysis in collaboration with Diagnostic Engineers.
• Participate in vehicle and bench testing to verify sensor and actuator calibration.
• Collaborate with DRE and software teams to suggest calibration updates or fixes.
• Analyze sensor behavior vs control software expectations.
• Document calibration issues and propose corrective actions.
• Contribute to root cause analysis for hybrid vehicle systems and thermal management.

Required Skills:

• Solid experience with INCA (ETAS) and calibration file management.
• Knowledge of ECU control strategies and sensor/actuator interfaces.
• Ability to read and interpret calibration maps and datasets.
• Experience with CANalyzer / CANcase for complementary vehicle data logging.
• Familiarity with hybrid systems, powertrain management, and OBD is a plus.

Profile Completes:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Automotive Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in calibration engineering.
• Knowledge of ETK, XCP, CCP protocols.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and teamwork capability.
