Job Title: Owners Representative

The company
Are you a project manager with a passion for complex, mission-critical construction? We're seeking an Owner's Representative to lead high-impact projects across the U.S., acting as the primary liaison between ownership and contractors, design teams, and on-site staff.
The position
- Oversee full project lifecycle from planning to closeout.
- Manage multiple stakeholders across construction, engineering, and operations.
- Ensure quality, budget, and schedule targets are met.
- Leverage tech and AI to streamline processes and improve delivery.
Could this role be for you?
- 5+ years of PM experience in mission critical, power, healthcare, or pharma construction.
- Strong knowledge of DC/AC power systems, telecom, and construction best practices.
- Proficiency with Procore, MS Office, and project budgeting ($1M+).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's in Engineering/Construction or equivalent experience.
- Must live near a major airport.
- Monday–Friday on-site presence required during projects.
- Potential relocation or long-term site assignments (12–18 months typical).
- Must have valid REAL ID or passport for travel.
