They execute and adhere to sanitation protocols for cleaning food processing areas. Perform cleaning and sanitizing tasks for equipment, machinery, floors, walls, and other surfaces using approved cleaning agents. Disassemble and reassemble machinery and equipment as needed for cleaning to ensure a thorough sanitation process. Perform lockout/tagout as required. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Maintain records as required.
