Job Description- Lead the on-site management of healthcare construction projects from groundbreaking to completion.
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, site safety, and quality control.
- Ensure all projects meet or exceed client expectations for quality and timeliness.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to resolve challenges effectively.
- Maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and documentation

The Successful Applicant- 5-7+ years years of Superintendent experience (running projects start to finish as the lead)
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related preferred (or relevant experience)
- Has a valid MA-CSL
- Project experience in one of their core markets: healthcare, multifamily, academic or commercial
- Ability to communicate with subcontractors and other project team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
