We are seeking a project level geotechnical engineer for our Silverthorne office. This position is intended to manage the geotechnical engineering side of the office and staff and has significant growth opportunities.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Prepare project specific scope and fee proposals
- Manage projects from proposal development through completion
- Occasional construction site visits to help identify issues and provide our clients with workable solutions
- Provide mentorship to personnel at this location with varying degrees of supervision
- Perform engineering analysis to develop project specific geotechnical recommendations
- Generate and present well written geotechnical studies
RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS:
- A bachelor's degree in geotechnical/civil engineering or similar
- 4+ years of geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing project management experience
- Registered professional engineer (PE) in the State of Colorado or ability to be obtained within 3 months.
- Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate in English.
- Must have a valid CO driver's license, and acceptable driving record (per MVR).
- Proficient with Office 365
