We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.Essential duties:Adhere to all company policies and procedures, which include IATF, ISO, ISMS, TISAX, QMS, and safety-related policies.Pick customer ordersReceive incoming shipments and check for irregularities or damagesBreakdown pallet loadsInventory restockingAssist with periodic physical inventory count as neededConsistently meet or exceed daily productivity requirementsAbility to effectively operate Voice Picking Operate a variety of material handling equipmentComply with requirements for quality, productivity, safety, and company policies Other Duties:Perform warehouse housekeeping and workplace 5SParticipation in Safety, Wellness, Quality Circles, and Kaizen campaigns and programs as needed.Other job-related tasks as assigned by the direct Supervisor or Warehouse ManagementSupervisory Controls:Warehouse SupervisorOperations ManagerAcademic Skills/Knowledge/Experience:Minimum 6 months of material handling or related experience preferred Good communication skills in writing and verbally, using the English languageGood organizational skillsQualified to drive a forkliftAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbersAbility to safely operate various warehouse-related equipmentPossesses mental faculties consistent with performing at least the minimum essential functions of the job requiredPhysical Requirements:Ability to operate a keyboard and mouseAbility to see and hear (correctable)Ability to communicate (oral and verbal) in English language Ability to lift 50 lbs. on own and/or over 50 lbs. with assistance Ability to walk, stand, or sit for long periods of time and use repetitive motionsAbility to climb, kneel/squat, bend, lift, carryAbility to push, pull, grasp, reach, twist Ability to work at heights and/or using ladders or liftsAbility to work overtime on a regular basis (often at short notice)Ability to wear steel-toe shoes and Personal protective equipment (PPE)Working Conditions and Hazards:None-climate-controlled environmentNormal warehouse hazards
