Director Of Business Development Requirements And Qualifications

• 5+ years managing a high performing sales team is required
• Managing, developing and supporting a sales team focusing on maximizing productivity
• Responsible for creating and achieving an annual sales plan through growth and penetration of existing accounts
• Present new ideas and products from primary vendors and exclusive brand products to secure accounts
• Experience recruiting, onboarding, and developing a sales team

Director Of Business Preferred Background & Skills

• Experience using quantitative & qualitative research data
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as customer service and presentation abilities
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and negotiation skills
